PHASE I PROPERTY TRANSFER ASSESSMENTS

Environmental due diligence before the transfer of a real estate asset protects the borrower as well as the lender from unknown environmental liabilities that may impact the value of the property. By whatever standards you require, we will deliver a thorough and easy to understand Phase I report that "hits the bottom line" in the easy to understand business language that you want.
