PHASE I PROPERTY TRANSFER ASSESSMENTS
Environmental due diligence before the transfer of a real estate asset protects
the borrower as well as the lender from unknown environmental liabilities that
may impact the value of the property. By whatever standards you require, we will
deliver a thorough and easy to understand Phase I report that "hits the bottom
line" in the easy to understand business language that you want.
SUBSURFACE SOILS & GROUNDWATER TESTING SERVICES
In the event that the potential for soils contamination is identified during the
Phase I environmental investigation, Environmental Assessment & Remediation
Corporation provides additional services to further investigate these situations.
Investigational activities include development of appropriate
designs for subsurface investigational activities, taking into account local soil
conditions, depth to groundwater, conditions of the local aquifer, and specific
soil and/or groundwater contaminants being searched for.
SUBSURFACE SOILS & GROUNDWATER REMEDIATION SERVICES
Should the results of soils and groundwater testing indicate that contaminated
soils or groundwater are present on a particular site, Environmental Assessment
& Remediation Corporation is prepared to provide remediation services, which may
be required under Federal, State or Local regulations.
UNDERGROUND STORAGE TANK SERVICES
In the event that the presence of underground storage tanks (USTs) is identified
during the Phase I Environmental Investigation, Environmental Assessment &
Remediation Corporation is capable of providing additional services pertaining
to the removal of underground storage tanks.
Other services routinely provided in conjunction with real property transfers
include asbestos materials testing and management, lead based paint testing and
